As a nonprofit social organization we are committed to improve the quality of life of our environment.
That is why we have the goal of building synergies with the rest of the corporate, social, institutional, and academic organizations, promoting networking and territorial development.
We suggest three collaboration methods:
As an association with extensive experience working for the socio-occupational insertion of socially excluded groups, we develop customized comprehensive schedules that train these people to carry out a professional work in a job position.
Counseling and social insertion are the cornerstone of all our projects. That is why since the beginning of the program in 2007, we work in the research of companies, and have signed different collaboration agreements that back up the integrity and responsibility that define our organization.
Thus, we provide companies that wish to cooperate with us with a job exchange managed and updated by PRM. It consists of all the recipients that have been part of the program, diverse profiles and their possible adjustment to the different sectors of the labor market. In addition, these companies may benefit from the allowances granted by the hiring of socially excluded people or people at risk of social exclusion.
We offer participating in any of our projects to anyone that wants to collaborate in one of our organization’s departments: design, marketing or psychosocial department.
Volunteering in the design department: aimed at students or professionals of the clothing sector, dressmaking, design, or fashion interested in learning about a revolutionary project where social innovation takes place through dressmaking. Tasks will be carried out in the design activities and in the production of items with their own identity to add value to the Market Project’s products.
Volunteering in the marketing department: aimed at students or professionals of the marketing and advertising sector, online marketing, or social media that want to collaborate in PRM’s communication channels.
The activities of this department mainly focus on the development of the different communication methods, aiming at a high impact communication that is innovative, revolutionary and able to transmit new ideas and values.
Volunteering in the psychosocial department: as a social innovation project, this department is aimed at students or professionals of the different socials sectors that believe in the training and supply of new resources to the socially excluded groups taking part in PRM’s programs.
Other kinds of volunteering: our program is opened to anyone who wants to join us and devote their time and value to this social purpose.
